Uses:
Most vanillin used in the food industry is in dairy products, followed by beverages, baked goods and confections. Vanillin is often used as a background note or flavour enhancer to round out the flavour profiles of many food products. Vanillin softens or rounds out the harsh bitter notes in most chocolate applications such as ice creams, cakes and syrups.
